The Work
We know that being in debt is stressful. It affects daily life. We aim to offer constructive solutions and advice to help people to manage their debts and start again.
Initially, we are happy to offer advice, including a first meeting, for free. If we can help and further work is required then details of fees will be made available in advance. Fees are generally funded from asset realisations or continued trading in the case of companies or, in the event of individuals proposing Individual Voluntary Arrangements, from ongoing monthly contributions, deducted before payments are made to creditors and with their agreement.
